Maitri Vidya Niketan, English Medium Senior Secondary School ( Main Branch ) is situated in Risali Sector near Ispat Nagar of Bhilai Township . MVN Bhilai was established in 1988 under the aegis of Maitri Educational & Cultural Association founded by Shri K. Sudhakaran educationist, writer and social activist. It is a full fledged Senior Secondary School with Maths, Biology, Commerce and Humanities group. It is a Co-educational School affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education, New Delhi.

Our Achievements

Maitri Vidya Niketan English Medium School, Patan was graced 1st position under Swachh Sarvekshan 2021 for our contribution towards cleanliness and was considered as the "Most clean school" in the year 2020-2021 by the CG Government . Our school was selected for Audio Video preparation for Swachh Sarvekshan 2023 which was highlighted in the background when Patan Nagar Panchayat received award from Honourable President Smt Draupadi Murmu in the year 2023 for the Cleanliest City in the Country below 1 lakh Population .

We aim to train children to become worthy citizens of India by inculcating the sense of duty and discipline by imparting scientific, social, moral and physical education under the principle of secularism. To develop an attitude of positive response to the demands of a challenging society, yet firmly upholding the belief in our basic values and standards and develop among our students a feeling of pride in Indian culture.
